This Year’s Theme
From the Can to the Car: Extending the Boundaries of Technology
There’s little doubt that the auto industry is undergoing a technology revolution unlike any seen for many decades. Materials, processes, design, and even ways of doing business are evolving at a rapid pace. Technological advances must keep pace with new challenges created by this movement or risk being left behind.
The coatings industry is no exception. As coating and adhesive materials make their way from the can to the car, it is imperative that they work in harmony with new advancements. What is considered to be existing limits on technology will need to be reevaluated and ultimately breached.
The 2017 FOCUS Conference features industry experts who will examine and present ways of extending the boundaries of technology that will transport the auto industry into the future.
